Former council member Julie McKnight won Indialantic Town Council Seat 1 with 79.2% of the vote, defeating Guy Harvey Newman. Councilman Doug Wright ran unopposed for Seat 3. Terry Cronin and Sherri Quarrie claimed the two open Melbourne Beach Town Commission seats in a four-way race, earning 28.81% and 26.65% of the vote. Their terms begin in December and run three years.
