Indian Harbor Beach will begin charging for parking at Bicentennial and Millennium Beach parks for non-residents starting March 31. The new fees are $3 per hour or $15 for the entire day. Residents can register their vehicles for free parking, with sign-up days scheduled for March 14, 21, and 28 at city hall. Non-residents who fail to pay will be issued citations. The move comes after complaints about overcrowding at the parks.
