L3Harris Technologies has announced that it is selling a 60% stake in its space propulsion division to AE Industrial Partners for $845 million. The sale will come less than two years after its $4.7 billion acquisition of Aerojet Rocketdyne. The Melbourne-based defense contractor will keep a 40% share and expects the deal to close in late 2026, pending regulatory approval.
