A 19 year old from Plant City was arrested Sunday after a Florida Highway Patrol trooper caught him driving 154 mph on eastbound I-4. The trooper said the driver weaved through traffic at high speeds on wet roads before finally being pulled over. He is now behind bars, where he faces charges of reckless driving and dangerous excessive speed.
