A 23 year old man is in custody after allegedly shooting his 28 year old girlfriend in Port St John on Sunday. Brevard County deputies responded to calls of shots fired around 12:15 p.m. on Carlow Avenue and found Lendzi Lakeman with multiple gunshot wounds. She was pronounced dead at the scene. Tyjah Bellinger was arrested at a nearby residence. He now faces charges including first-degree murdert. He is being held in the Brevard County jail without bond.
