Melbourne police continue investigating a deadly crash during the Florida Marathon and Half Marathon that killed a 74 year old runner. Officers say Albert Swann III was struck on Feb. 8 after an SUV drove past barricades and entered the closed race course on Front Street. Swann died from his injuries on Feb. 16. Police call the incident highly unusual and say the traffic homicide investigation remains active.
