Soon,12 billboards across Brevard County will honor the late political activist Charlie Kirk. Melbourne Mayor Paul Alfrey also proposes renaming a stretch of Cypress Avenue to Charlie Kirk Lane. Local business owner AJ Hiers is funding both the billboards and the city’s costs for the proposed road name change.
