Neighbors on Atlantic Avenue in Indialantic are complaining about a 52 year old woman who lives next door to a vacant lot without water and reportedly defecates and urinates in a bucket, spreading it around the neighborhood. The woman denies wrongdoing and says authorities have not cited her. Brevard County officials say they are reviewing possible code violations.
