A 79 year old New Port Richey man has pleaded guilty to sending threats to kill multiple federal officials. Federal prosecutors say Benjamin Rubin admitted to interstate transmission of threats made in February 2025. Rubin faces up to 10 years in federal prison. A sentencing date has not yet been set.
