A 24 year old Palm Bay man is being held without bond, accused of shooting and killing 19 year old college football player Nathaniel Jennings on Mother’s Day in downtown Melbourne. Stephan Dieujuste claims self-defense, but police say he escalated the confrontation. Prosecutors charged him with manslaughter.
