A 60-year-old man from Kannapolis, North Carolina, was arrested after allegedly exposing himself in a hot tub at the Oyster Point Resort in Sebastian. Authorities say Mark Selles sat nude in the hot tub with two women and lifted himself above the water, prompting them to leave. Resort staff and surveillance footage confirmed the behavior. Selles admitted to lowering his swim shorts but claimed the bubbles would conceal him.
