A Brevard County jury found 46 year old Glenn Brimmer of Ocoee guilty of DUI manslaughter in the March 2018 death of 66 year old bicyclist John Perrin. Prosecutors said Brimmer struck Perrin while driving on State Road A1A after a night out at the Cocoa Beach Pier. Brimmer’s blood alcohol level was twice the legal limit. He now faces up to 15 years in prison and a $10,000 fine. Sentencing is scheduled for October 17.
