Melbourne police say a shooting at the Summerset Apartments Monday morning left 58 year old Ricardo Rodriguez dead and another man injured. The surviving victim was taken to a hospital in stable condition. Officers described the incident as isolated and say all involved are accounted for. Police are investigating the case as a homicide and are asking anyone with information to contact them.
