One person died and another was seriously injured in a crash involving three tractor-trailers on the southbound Florida Turnpike near mile marker 248. The Florida Highway Patrol reports a truck failed to slow for traffic, hitting another tractor-trailer… pushing it into a third big rig. The first truck caught fire, shutting down all southbound lanes for hours. The crash remains under investigation.
