A fatal crash on Interstate 95 northbound in Brevard County left one man dead and a 42 year old passenger seriously injured Monday morning. The Florida Highway Patrol says a semitruck rear-ended a stopped traffic maintenance truck with lights and an arrow board activated for a vehicle fire. Northbound lanes were blocked for hours.
