An 84 year old Palm Bay man is facing attempted murder charges after shooting a relative in the face. Police say William Nowak became upset over a visitation, grabbed a firearm, and shot the victim at his Hawkbill Street NW home. The victim was hospitalized with facial injuries. Nowak was also hospitalized and is now being held with no bond.
