A Palm Coast woman was killed after crashing into a disabled vehicle blocking the left lane of Interstate 95 in Flagler County, according to the Florida Highway Patrol. Troopers say a 55 year old woman struck a car driven by a 23 year old woman that had come to rest facing the wrong direction after an earlier crash near Old Dixie Highway. The 55 year old woman was not wearing a seat belt and died at the scene, while the younger driver was hospitalized with serious injuries. The crash shut down northbound lanes of Interstate 95 for several hours and remains under investigation.
