Rare Snow Flurries Possible As Record Cold Hits Florida

Alerts are being posted for this weekend as potentially record-breaking cold moves into Florida. Meteorologists say a Gulf effect setup could trigger rare snow flurries across the Panhandle and parts of North Florida. They say flurries may begin late Saturday and last into Sunday morning, but only a light dusting is expected. Residents statewide though, are urged to prepare for cold conditions.
