Robin Severance-Lopez, estranged wife of suspended Osceola County Sheriff Marcos Lopez, has rejected a state plea deal. She faces charges of conspiracy to commit racketeering linked to her husband’s alleged illegal gambling operation, and providing false or misleading information during a bond hearing. Severance-Lopez has entered a not guilty plea on both counts. Her trial is now scheduled for December.
