SeaWorld Orlando is asking a judge to dismiss a lawsuit after a guest claimed she was injured on a roller coaster by a bird strike. The park says its investigation showed the bird was a wild snowy egret, not a duck as the woman claimed, and argues it is not liable under Florida law for wild animals.
