In Sebastian, 37 year old Keith Rogers was arrested after he barricaded himself in his home following the theft of a pickup from Osceola County. SWAT Teams used tear gas and a controlled entry to reach Rogers, who was found hiding in the attic. He faces grand theft auto and resisting arrest charges and was locked up behind bars on $20,000 bond.
