All lanes of State Road 528 in Brevard County finally reopened, and those caught up in the mess finally continued on to their destinations, after a tractor-trailer crash shut down westbound traffic Monday morning. The wreck happened near mile marker 42 by Interstate 95 in Cocoa, blocking all westbound lanes for several hours. No word yet on injuries.
