Starship Heading to Space Coast

Cape Canaveral is gearing up to host the world’s most powerful rocket, SpaceX’s Starship. Currently in its testing phase in Texas, Starship will soon relocate to the Space Coast once it’s mission-ready. The FAA has initiated an environmental impact study, with in-person open houses scheduled next month. The move is said to mark a significant step forward for space exploration, with two launch complexes being developed to accommodate the massive launch vehicle. The public will have opportunities to provide input and learn more about this groundbreaking project at the upcoming meetings. An IN-PERSON meetings will be held on June 12 and June 13. The June 12th meetings will be held from 2-4 p.m. and 6-8 p.m. at the Radisson Cape Canaveral. The June 13th meeting will be held from 6-8 p.m. at the Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex. A VIRTUAL meeting will be held on June 17th from 6-8 p.m.
