Cocoa Beach saw its biggest Surfing Santas event ever on Christmas Eve, with more than 10,000 spectators watching hundreds of costumed surfers hit the waves. Highlights included a Santa and elf surfing in a sleigh, dueling Barbies, Christmas trees, and even a surfing parrot.
