A 106-room Tru by Hilton has broken ground near Interstate 95 and Cheney Highway, with developers citing steady launch crowds and rising hotel rates. A 120-unit Home2 Suites is in the planning phase nearby, aimed at longer-term stays for government and commercial space travelers. A Woodspring Hotel is also proposed off Riverfront Center Boulevard and is in early permitting stages.
