Shiloh’s Steak & Seafood in Titusville served its final meal Sunday, ending 12 years on the waterfront, at a location that offered one of the best views for rocket launches along the Indian River. According to its owner, the building, originally Paul’s Smokehouse, will no longer operate as a restaurant.
