Two Brevard County men have been indicted on first-degree murder charges for selling fentanyl that led to fatal overdoses. 28 year old Erwin Cordero-Arocho of Palm Bay and 30 year old Darion Perez of Cocoa face life in prison if convicted. Cordero-Arocho is linked to the April death of 37 year old Robert Whalen, while Perez is tied to a November 2023 overdose of 37 year old Wade Drummond. Both remain jailed without bond as court dates are pending.
