Two Fentanyl Dealers Indicted For Murder In Brevard County Overdose Deaths

Two men have been indicted in separate cases for selling fentanyl that caused fatal overdoses in Brevard County. 28 year old Erwin L. Cordero-Arocho of Palm Bay is linked to the overdose death of 37 year old Robert Whalen. 30 year old Darion F. Perez of Cocoa is accused in the death of 30 year old Wade A. Drummond. Both face first-degree felony murder charges and unlawful distribution of a controlled substance.
