Sebastian police arrested men from the Miami area after they tried to steal nearly $4,000 in merchandise from the Walmart on U.S. Highway 1. Investigators now say the men have a history of shoplifting across Florida, linked to more than $78,000 in losses. Officers recovered 197 items and say both men now face a long list of charges and are behind bars in the Indian River County Jail.
