Police in Volusia County say 37 year old Bobby Vinson was arrested after leaving his 2-year-old child alone in the front yard and driving off while intoxicated, according to police. The child was found crying near a busy road. Vinson faces charges including aggravated child abuse, child neglect, and DUI after refusing a sobriety test.
