The cause of a fish kill at a pond near a Titusville sewer plant is now under investigation. Fish have floated up dead at the pond next to Titusville’s Osprey sewer plant, but according to the public works direct, they so far have not been able to find anything that leads them to believe that there was a spill. For now, and as a precaution, sandbag barriers have been put in place to stop possibly contaminated water from leaving the pond and getting into the Indian River Lagoon.
