The state is seeking the death penalty for a Brevard County man accused of shooting and killing four people, including his 15-year-old daughter. 36 year old Domenico Gigante was indicted Wednesday on four counts of first-degree premeditated murder and one count of armed burglary, after investigators said Gigante shot and killed 15 year old Kiarra Terwilliger; 35 year old Constance Terwilliger; 36 year old Michael Watson; and 63 year old Glenda Terwilliger at a home in Canaveral Groves on March 1st. Gigante was the father of Kiara and was formerly in a relationship with her mother, Constance.
