Disney is being sued by a couple who say their ride down a waterslide at Disney World left one of them severely injured. The lawsuit was filed on Wednesday in Orange County. In it, a woman claims that her day at Typhoon Lagoon left her with a painful wedgie. She claims she “suffered severe and permanent bodily injury” to her private area and “damage to her internal organs.” She and her husband are suing Disney for more than $50,000… accusing the company of negligence. They say if Disney had warned them about the risk, the man and his wife would not have gone down the slide. No word on what if any injuries the man may have suffered.
