Yesterday morning, the Brevard Zoo released two sea turtle patients back into the Atlantic Ocean at Lori Wilson Park in Cocoa Beach. The juvenile green sea turtles were released after months of rehabilitation at the zoo’s Sea Turtle Healing Center. Both of them were originally brought there after suffering fishing related injuries… with one of them missing a front flipper due to fishing line entanglement.
