In Osceola County, 30-year-old Hector Serrano has been arrested after police say he abandoned his 10-year-old daughter on the side of US 192. According to witnesses, Serrano threw the girl from the car following an argument with her grandparents and left her to walk home. The child, described as distraught and confused, was seen by multiple witnesses being left behind with her toys and clothes. Serrano… of Kissimmee… is facing child neglect charges. The Osceola County Sheriff’s Office is also involving the Department of Children and Families in the case.
