Bomb Threat Leads To Evacuation Of Brevard School

An out-of-state suspect has been identified following a bomb threat at Cocoa Beach Jr./Sr. High School on Tuesday, which led to a two-hour evacuation. The threat, which came just a day after a student was arrested for making shooting threats, prompted a coordinated response from multiple agencies, including the Cocoa Beach Fire Department and Brevard County Sheriff’s Office. Students were safely evacuated to the bleachers, and authorities advised parents not to come to the school.
