Details are now being released about a Brevard County man, who is facing a string of charges after what police called a “high stress” incident that took place last Wednesday. Brevard County Deputies attempted to pull over 52 year old Randal Miranda II for a traffic violation, but Miranda fled, kicking off a chase which eventually ended when he stopped and used a child as a human shield during his arrest. Miranda was booked on charges including fleeing and eluding police, reckless driving, and child neglect. He has since been released after posting a $59,000 bond.
