Brevard Man Arrested in Dog Cruelty Case
Andrew Carroll has been arrested on an aggravated animal cruelty charge in Brevard County. Investigators say officers found his dog, Chance, severely malnourished, suffering from a serious leg infection, and covered in fleas. The dog was later euthanized because of its condition.
