An 11 year old boy was injured Friday in Mims after being struck by a bullet. The Brevard County Sheriff’s Office says the bullet was likely intended for others that the boy was with. The child suffered non-life-threatening injuries and was taken to a local hospital. Deputies responded quickly, and the investigation is ongoing.
