Brevard County deputies arrested 60 year old Patrick Rinaldi Friday after they say he drove a burning vehicle on U.S. 192. Fire crews were already on scene when Rinaldi reportedly got back in the smoking car and drove short distances as flames spread. Deputies noted the smell of alcohol and found a bottle in the car. Rinaldi faces DUI and refusal-to-submit charges. He was taken into custody on $5,500 bond.
