Well, as we all know now, NASA scrubed the Artemis I launch Monday morning due o hardware issues. They plan to try again this Friday around mid-day… The launch window will open Friday at 12:48PM. As expected, there were thousands of vehicles caught up in slow moving traffic on roads from Titusville to Cocoa Beach Monday morning after the launch was called off… along with a lot of disappointed spectators, many of whom went to great lengths to secure a good viewing area… some as early as Sunday afternoon. Many from out of the area plan to stick around for the second attempt on Friday. Some will have to leave and they will miss it, but others are expected to take their places… and that all adds up to a good week for Space Coast restaurants, lodging, and other businesses.
