New court documents say the stepbrother of a Titusville teen found dead aboard a cruise ship last fall is now the main suspect and is facing two charges. Eighteen year old Anna Kepner was found dead under a bed in a shared cabin Nov. 7 during a family cruise. The suspect, a 16 year old boy who has not been publicly named, has reportedly now been charged by federal authorities, according to the filing. The FBI continues to lead the investigation, and the case remains largely sealed.
