Brevard County Libraries has partnered with the American Heart Association to provide self-monitoring blood pressure kits. Library users can check out kits and a log to track readings for up to three weeks. Kits are available at multiple library locations, including Titusville, Eau Gallie, Melbourne, and Satellite Beach.
