22 year old Justin Bikowski of Bunnell was arrested after deputies there say he used police-style flashing lights to pull over another vehicle while driving recklessly. The incident unfolded on State Road 100 and County Road 302, with the victim calling 911 after being followed. Bikowski claimed he was delivering groceries and later admitted the vehicle had law enforcement-style lights. He was charged with using red or blue lights illegally and released on a $2,500 bond.
