An Orange County woman is suing SeaWorld Orlando because she claims that a duck struck her in the face while she rode a roller coaster there back in March. The woman says the collision left her unconscious and injured.
The lawsuit claims SeaWorld was negligent by not warning riders of the risk of bird strikes and placing the ride in an area frequented by waterfowl. The woman is seeking at least $50,000 in damages and a jury trial, citing permanent injuries and loss of quality of life.
