A court hearing Thursday revealed that the 16-year-old stepbrother of 18-year-old Anna Kepner is considered a suspect in her death aboard a Carnival cruise ship on Nov. 7. The FBI continues investigating the incident. The teen was hospitalized immediately after the cruise and now lives with a relative. A December 5 hearing is scheduled to address ongoing child custody disputes involving the stepmother and the teen’s father.
