Titusville police resolved a barricade situation Monday morning after 22 year old Julius Castellon threatened family members with a firearm. Officers negotiated for over three hours before SWAT led Castellon out of the home safely around 1:15 p.m. No injuries were reported, but Castellon faces a long list of charges.
