The death of 18 year old Anna Kepner of Titusville aboard the Carnival Horizon cruise ship has been ruled a homicide. Authorities say Kepner died from mechanical asphyxia caused by another person. The teen had been traveling with her father, stepmother, step-siblings and grandparents. Her 16 year old stepbrother has been identified as a suspect. The FBI and medical examiner continue to review evidence, and no final autopsy report has yet been released.
