A small plane made an emergency landing on southbound I-95 near State Road 520 Monday evening, injuring one person on the ground. The pilot reported engine trouble before touching down at about 5:45pm. Two people were on board. The aircraft is reportedly owned by Tailwinds Flying of Merritt Island.
