Governor Ron DeSantis has announced plans to petition the state’s Supreme Court to convene a grand jury to investigate what he describes as “any and all wrongdoing” related to COVID-19 vaccines. That announcement came from the governor, following a series of discussions with Florida Surgeon General Joseph Ladapo, scientists, and physicians… all who expressed skepticism about not only the vaccines, but also about the companies that manufacture them, and about CDC recommendations that everyone who’s eligible should receive the shots. During the discussions that took place on Tuesday, some on that panel of experts suggested that the risks associated with the vaccines for many people, outweigh the benefits.
